Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Margate, Kent
Salary: up to £27,320 (£14.20 per hour)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 12pm
Our Client:
Is a leading manufacturer of high-quality products that are supplied into defence, security and medical industries.
Role Summary:
You will play a crucial role in the fabrication of products, ensuring they meet stringent customer specifications. This hands-on position involves operating machinery to shape and finish components and products.

Social EventsKey responsibilities within your new role would be to:
Use of various machinery to manufacturing products to meet customer specifications.
Use machines such as CNCs to cut larger components down to smaller components.
Polish and debur products to remove any rough surfaces and edges.
Use of epoxy and resign to cast products.
Document process and quality criteria in MRP system.
Ensure that daily production and quality targets are met. Experience and skills required for this position:
Experience of working with industrial machinery within a production/manufacturing environment.
Experience with CNC machinery, ideal not essential.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team.Next steps:
