Manufacturing Operative - Temp to Perm
Location: Braintree, Essex
Shift Options: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour + overtime | Pay increase once permanent
Prime Appointments are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a market-leading national manufacturer based in Braintree. We are seeking motivated and reliable Manufacturing Operative to join their growing production team on a long-term, temp-to-perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates from a manufacturing, production, or construction background who are confident with hand and power tools, and are looking for a secure role with genuine progression opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
Using hand and power tools to cut, measure, and prepare products
Supporting production line tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
Handling materials and completing manual tasks (including heavy lifting)
Working collaboratively with a large, established team to meet targetsWhat we're looking for:
Experience in a manufacturing, production, or construction setting (essential)
Confident in the use of hand and power tools
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual handling
A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
