Job Description
Manufacturing Operative – Norwich
Pay: £12.21 per hour for days & £12.31 per hour for nights
Select Recruitment is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established production team specialising in high-quality UPVC windows and doors.
Hours – choose the shift that suits you best:
Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:45 AM – 3:15 PM, Friday 5:45 AM – 1:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate premium UPVC windows and doors using the appropriate machinery and tools
Manufacture frames and assist in loading and unloading bays
Maintain high standards of product quality and contribute to productivity targets
Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
Participate in continuous learning and development within the role
What We’re Looking For:
Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and follow Health & Safety guidelines
Ability to work well in a team within a fast-paced environment
Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
