📍 Winchester
📅 Full-time, Temporary - Long Term
💷 £12.50 per hour
⏰ 7:30/8:00am - 4:00/4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Are you looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We're on the lookout for a Manufacturing Operative to join our friendly team in Winchester. This is a long-term temporary role with full-time hours, perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, being part of a team, and keeping busy.
What you'll be doing
Helping to manufacture and fill epoxy and acrylic adhesives
Labelling and packaging products when needed
Carrying out checks and basic maintenance on machinery and equipment
Keeping the production areas safe, clean, and tidy
Supporting with stock checks, deliveries, and dispatch when required
Pitching in with general site upkeep (we all get involved!)
What we're looking for
Someone with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
A team player who's happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
Physically fit, as the work can be hands-on and manual
A full driving licence (essential) - forklift licence is a bonus
NVQ in Engineering Maintenance or similar would be great, but not essentialIf you're hardworking, reliable, and ready to join a down-to-earth team, we'd love to hear from you.
