Job Description
Vital Resources are looking for Manufacturing Operatives in Hereford. You will be required to do manual handling, operate machinery, physical labour, movement of steel manufacturing equipment, operation of cranes. This is a great opportunity as full training is provided
Requirements:

Ability to work shift patterns of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 on a weekly rotational basis
*
Be responsible for your own travel to work for 06:00 and home from 22:00
*
Open to learning new skills – full training is provided in this Manufacturing Operative role and no previous experience is required
*
Positive, ‘can do’, attitude
*
Reliable and able to work either solo or as part of a team
Job details:
Start date: July 2025
Pay rates: up to £14.14 per hour
Payment method: PAYE only
Location: Hereford, HR4 area
Duration of works: ongoing with a look to become a permanent member of staff
