Proven ability to write PFMEAs and conduct risk assessments. Experience in supporting NPI from prototype to production. Solid experience with manual assembly processes. Desirable knowledge of automation (robotics, PLCs, material handling systems). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong team player who can work independently and cross-functionally. Familiar with lean manufacturing principles. Desirable Skills: Experience with virtual CAD layout design. Background in the Yellow Goods or heavy machinery sector. Understanding of automated manufacturing systems.
