The Important Stuff (Read This First!)
Salary: £57,324.50 (including shift allowance & guaranteed overtime)
Location: Near Rugby (easily accessible from the A5)
Shifts: 4 x 12-hour shifts a week. Monday - Thursday, rotating between days (6am-6pm) and nights (6pm-6am).
Is This You?
We need a manager who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
You'll be leading a team of 12 in a fast-paced, mucky (they make concrete products) factory environment.
You are the right person for this role if you:
Have a strong background in manufacturing (this is non-negotiable).
Are a confident leader who can handle everything from hitting production targets to managing staff training and budgets.
Understand machine efficiencies and are happy to jump on the tools yourself when needed.
