Marina & Boatyard Operative
Full Time | Permanent | Noss on Dart
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marina & Boatyard Operative to join a well-established and busy marina operation in Noss on Dart.
This is a varied, hands-on role within a small, hardworking team, where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved across multiple areas of the business, supporting both marina and boatyard activities while helping maintain high standards of presentation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting boatyard and dry stack operations
Assisting with pontoon duties and general marina activities
Providing cover within marina reception when required
Carrying out general maintenance and ensuring site cleanliness
Delivering a high level of customer service to berth holders and visitorsAbout You:
Previous experience or knowledge of boats is highly desirable
Experience operating plant machinery is advantageous (training can be provided)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong team player with a flexible, proactive approach
Confident using or learning computer-based systems
Positive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to get stuck inAdditional Requirements:
Full UK driving licence is essential
Flexibility to work a shift pattern across a 7-day operation, including weekends and bank holidaysThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or develop a career within the marine industry, with full support and training available to help you grow your skillset.
