We’re thrilled to be partnering with one of the South Coast’s most prestigious marina operators to recruit a Marina Operative for their busy, full-service site at Swanwick Marina.

You’ll be joining a friendly, professional team who keep the marina running smoothly day and night — supporting berth holders, assisting with moorings, maintaining the site, and ensuring safety across the marina. This is a mixed days and nights role, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are key.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
A positive, adaptable approach and strong teamwork skills
Willingness to work across both marina and boatyard operations
Ability to learn and confidently use software systems
Calm and professional under pressureA background in boating or experience driving plant equipment would be advantageous, but not essential — full training will be provided. A full, clean UK driving licence is required.
This is an outdoor role, working a rotating shift pattern including days and nights, along with some weekends and public holidays.
