The successful candidate will be responsible for full project lifecycle management - from early planning and feasibility, through marine logistics, site mobilisation and execution, to project completion and handover. Key Responsibilities: Lead project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination (marine plant, barges, boats, specialists), and site management. Communicate with stakeholders (clients, regulatory bodies, project teams) to coordinate works, provide updates and manage expectations. Essential Requirements: Extensive experience in marine construction, civil engineering, offshore works or similar infrastructure projects. Strong project management experience, ideally with complex, multi-disciplinary marine / coastal / offshore projects. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Proven ability to manage safety, compliance and environmental standards in marine environments. Flexibility and willingness to travel/relocate as project demands require.
