Marine Sales Engineer – South London – up to £75k + Bonus + Car Allowance

Our client delivers advanced propulsion and engineering solutions to major marine and defence customers across the UK. With a strong presence in the MOD and commercial marine space, they’re now looking to strengthen their sales team with a Marine Sales Engineer based in South London.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as the key link between workshop operations and marine clients
Provide technical advice and sales support for marine systems and propulsion equipment
Prepare tailored quotes, proposals, and technical solutions
Work closely with internal teams including engineering, logistics, and admin
Help shape contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
Attend industry events and support wider sales and MOD engagement
Requirements:
Experience in marine or technical sales, ideally with propulsion or machinery systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong technical background or hands-on marine/mechanical knowledge
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Background in marine defence (e.g., MOD) or companies like Rolls-Royce Marine
Engineering qualification (Marine or Mechanical preferred)
