Lead operational and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Champion innovation and digital transformation across teams and services.
Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture, developing talent and promoting collaboration.
Represent the organisation at industry forums, strengthening its reputation and influence.What you need to succeed
Proven experience in strategic leadership, business development, and operational management.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage risk effectively.
Deep understanding of the evolving secure government or defence landscape.
Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
