Marketing and Administration Support (Part Time - 3 days per week)
A well-established Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy is seeking a Marketing and Admin Support professional to join their growing team. With a diverse portfolio across the Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Public sectors, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to both the marketing and administrative functions of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the company’s brand, supporting project teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties:
* Provide general administrative support to the team, including document management, data entry, and office coordination.
* Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and promotional materials.
* Maintain and update company databases, CRM systems, and project records.
* Support the creation and scheduling of social media content and website updates.
* Coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters and announcements.
* Assist with the organisation of company events, client presentations, and team meetings.
* Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers to facilitate business operations.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing company visibility and client engagement.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role, ideally within a professional services or consultancy environment.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign) is desirable.
* A proactive, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative in a fast-paced environment.
