We have a temporary role with an IMMEDIATE START with one of our top clients based in Bournemouth.
They are looking for a super-organised, hands-on Marketing Administrator to support their Comms team. This is a great opportunity to dive into a buzzing marketing environment, support a passionate team and get involved with exciting events and brand activity.
In this Marketing Administrator role, you’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day marketing operations, helping with everything from event logistics and gift boxes to administration and ordering.
You will need to be someone who can hit the ground running and keep things moving behind the scenes, confident and capable to get stuck in with minimal direction.
Key Responsibilities for this Marketing Administrator Role:
* Coordinating and packing of gift boxes
* Ordering and managing stock of marketing materials and merchandise
* Supporting with logistics and planning
* Providing general admin support across the marketing and comms function
* Keep things organised and step in where needed to help the team stay on track
What They’re Looking for:
* A self-starter who’s reliable, proactive, and great at staying organised
* Someone with a calm, can-do attitude and the confidence to work independently
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks during a fast-paced period
* Prior experience in admin or marketing support is ideal
