Job Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator
Location: Head Office, Outskirts of Brighton (must drive) / Hybrid
Remuneration: £30,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and events? Join our dynamic team as a Marketing and Events Coordinator! You will play a pivotal role in executing our events and marketing initiatives. Here's what you'll be doing:
End-to-End Event Management: Take ownership of the entire events process planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event evaluation.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and venues, negotiate contracts, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.
Onsite Support: Represent the marketing team globally at events, managing logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Salesforce (Marketing Cloud): Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Assistant to build email campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise content.
Content & Campaign Support: Assist in preparing award submissions, drafting press releases, and coordinating marketing materials.
Social Media & PR: Create engaging posts for LinkedIn and help draught content that highlights our achievements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management (or equivalent).
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a keen interest in growing a marketing career.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
