AS MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategy targeting UK and Western European audiences
Identify target market segments and optimal promotional channels across B2C, B2B, EdTech, and HR sectors
Create an actionable roadmap for user growth, scaling, and commercialisation including lead generation and strategic partnerships
Conduct competitive analysis and guide pilot rollouts with partnership opportunities
Own the ROI metric and provide data-driven recommendations to continuously improve platform performance
THE IDEAL MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER WILL HAVE:
Based in the UK with deep experience marketing to UK/Western European audiences
4+ years in EdTech, SaaS, HR-related products, or learning platform marketing
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling tech platforms
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, PR, and product launches
Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote and technical teams
