Marketing Assistant (10 Month FTC) | Poole | £25,000 FTE

This 10-month maternity cover is ideal for someone studying marketing or with previous experience looking to gain hands-on exposure across digital campaigns, content creation, and brand engagement. You’ll work closely with a Senior Marketing Executive, contributing to real campaigns and building a portfolio that sets you apart.
As Marketing Assistant, you will benefit from:

As Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Creating and scheduling engaging content across LinkedIn and Facebook
Writing and posting job adverts
Supporting blog creation, newsletters, and branding materials
Assisting with email campaigns and segmented lists
Helping organise events and capturing promotional content
As Marketing Assistant, your experience will include:
A passion for marketing, social media, and recruitment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and email marketing platforms
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
