Salary: £35,000
Location: Maidstone, Kent – Hybrid working available
Full-time, Permanent

Are you a creative, hands-on marketer looking for a role where you can get involved across the full marketing mix?

We’re recruiting for a growing, purpose-led business looking to add a Marketing Communications Executive to its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the earlier stages of their marketing career who wants variety, responsibility and the chance to develop across content, digital, social media, email marketing and creative campaigns.

Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you’ll help ensure day-to-day marketing communications are delivered consistently and to a high standard across both digital and traditional channels. You’ll need to be organised, creative and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

  * Creating and distributing customer email campaigns

  * Producing and scheduling engaging social media content

  * Supporting offline and internal communications

  * Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance

  * Creating flyers, brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral

  * Writing engaging copy for emails, social media, websites and promotional materials

  * Supporting photography and video content

  * Updating website and product content

  * Supporting SEO and wider digital marketing activity

  * Liaising with suppliers, printers and external agencies

  * Maintaining consistent brand standards across marketing activity

What we’re looking for

You’ll be a proactive marketer with a strong work ethic, plenty of ideas and a willingness to learn. A degree isn’t essential – attitude, capability and the desire to develop are much more important.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  * Experience creating both short-form and long-form content

  * Good knowledge of social media platforms and current trends

  * Experience using AI tools to support content creation

  * Email marketing experience, with an understanding of how it can support lead generation

  * A basic understanding of SEO

  * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including creating graphics and carrying out basic photo editing

  * Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver work to deadlines

  * Previous experience within healthcare or the NHS would be advantageous, but isn’t essential

The role will be based from the company’s Maidstone office, with some flexibility to work from home. There will also be occasional UK travel to visit customers, stakeholders and another company office.
