Our client is a dynamic organisation seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to join their growing team in Guildford. This brand-new role is pivotal in driving brand awareness and fostering engagement among internal staff, external customers, suppliers, and the communities they serve

Responsibilities:
Craft and execute internal and external communication strategies.
Create compelling content for newsletters, press releases, social media, and more.
Lead internal engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage media relations to enhance brand reputation through strategic PR.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, ensuring SEO-optimised and engaging content.
analyse communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.What are we looking for?
3-4 years in marketing and communications, ideally in a B2B environment (civil engineering, construction, or related technical industry preferred).
Proven success in internal/external communications, PR, and digital marketing.
Strong stakeholder engagement and community management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Leadership skills for guiding the executive team on best practises in Marketing/Communications.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok).
Experience with analytics tools.
Familiar using CMS platforms, SEO tools, social media management tools, and analytics software.
