Our client are growing their marketing team and are looking for a fantastic Marketing Coordinator to support them with delivering a variety of marketing activities.
The salary for this role is around £27,000 and its a hybrid role working just one or two days in the office just outside of Marlow, Bucks each week.
Main responsibilities for the Marketing Co-ordinator role are:
Running day-to-day marketing activities for our clients
Writing engaging copy for multi-channel marketing campaigns on social media, emails, brochures, podcasts, press releases, newsletters, speeches, website copy and leaflets
Creating test plans where appropriate on email and social. Ensure we are testing and learning with our email templates/social assets and website layouts
Developing, scheduling, analysing and timely reporting on marketing campaigns
Delivering email marketing campaigns from beginning to end
Creating and setting up organic and paid social media campaigns along with writing briefs for and working with design staff or supplier
Monitoring and responding to feedback from the social media
Writing briefs for and working with design staff or suppliers
Supporting database growth and management
Using project management software to plan and track marketing deliverables
Conducting research on clients, therapy areas and projects to identify market trends and innovations
Performing market research and analysing the company’s audience and its needs
Identifying and liaising with influencers and key opinion leaders
Drive market awareness
Support with internal communications
Possesses strong insights and understanding of social media channels and keeps up to date with latest platforms and trends
Experience in creating organic social marketing campaigns, including setting them up and optimizing on platform. You know the latest trends and capabilities across the different social platforms
Skills required for the Marketing Co-ordinator role are:

* Strong communication skills and attention to detail

* Proven experience delivering successful activities in digital marketing,
* Resilient and able to work well under pressure
* Collaborative approach

* Educated to degree level OR have previous marketing experience
