We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with strong web design skills to join this manufacturing organisation based in Ashford. This role is perfect for a marketer who not only excels in campaign planning and execution but also understands how to create visually compelling, user-friendly digital experiences. You will play a key role in shaping our brand presence online and driving engagement through strategic marketing initiatives and high-quality web content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
* Design and maintain website pages using tools such as WordPress, Webflow, or HTML/CSS.
* Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to create landing pages, product pages, and microsites.
* Optimize web pages for performance, UX/UI, SEO, and conversion.
* Track and report on campaign performance metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
* Coordinate email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
* Assist in the creation of digital assets (banners, graphics, animations) for online campaigns.
* Support the marketing team with social media, branding, and promotional initiatives.
* Stay up to date with industry trends in both marketing and web design.
