Job Description
Noodle Talent Partners are working with a dynamic, growing organisation based in Norwich, recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join their friendly Marketing team who will contribute to the ongoing and evolving marketing initiatives in this generalist role, in order to best promote the company's services to clients and customers.
You'll be working as part of a collaborative, close-knit team in lovely modern offices based on the outskirts of Norwich, with the option of some hybrid working too.
Permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with one hour lunch break.
The role
* Provide support to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director on marketing projects
* Coordinate and deliver Mail campaigns on a monthly basis
* Build and deliver email newsletters regularly
* Create artwork using Adobe creatieve suite for digital and print use, producing new artwork and editing templates
* Provide support and training to partners on effective marketing activity, handling queries as they arise
* Manage company marketing information in line with brand and GDPR guidelines
* Assist in developing new marketing toolkits to promote the company's services
* Other tasks to support with regular marketing activity and new initiatives as required, contributing to continual development
The person
* Minimum of 2-3 years experience within a Marketing role / a CIM qualification / a Marketing Degree
* Highly motiviated and driven individual who is passionate about delivering effective marketing to promote brand awareness and position the company as the go to in the industry
* Confident using Adobe Creative suite, including Illustrator
* Experience with email platforms
* Strong writing skills for communications and content
* Maintains updated knowledge of marketing tools, trends and developments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team and intepret information & initiatives to others
* Strong team work and collaboration
* Provides high standards of service and quality of work
* Excellent organisation, planning, administration, and ability to meet deadlines
* Interested in continual development and has a willingness to learn
* High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to problem solve effectively using initiative and take a curious approach to work for ongoing improvements
* Adaptable and commercially astute

* Salary of £25,000 - £29,000 depdendant on experience
