Digital Marketing Executive
Basildon
£35,000 - £39,000 Per Annum
Due to continued business growth, our client is growing their Marketing team and are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role created by success - where your work will directly drive further growth, engagement, and sales across multiple brands.
As the new Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll take the lead on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) - with a strong focus on PPC campaigns and SEO strategy - ensuring online presence delivers measurable results.
You’ll be joining a thriving team at an exciting time, with the chance to shape campaigns and see your impact on the bottom line.
This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone within a commutable distance who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-moving, supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Participate in planning, creating, implementing and managing effective paid search strategies
* Monitoring budgets and adjusting bids to maximise return on ad spend for mobile and desktop
* Supporting the Sales Team by tracking and analysing website traffic and providing regular internal reports
* Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and producing reports for the Senior Management Team
* Keeping abreast of PPC and SEM trends
* Continually working on the SEO of the websites
* Managing the PPC campaigns
* Creating and Managing Social Media Campaigns
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in PPC and digital marketing.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts (including AI search optimisation).
* Confident with Google Analytics and data-led reporting.
* A collaborative team player who communicates well and enjoys sharing expertise.
* Hands-on experience with email marketing.
* Experience with Google Ads Editor. – this is a plus
* Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
* Familiarity with SEMrush (or similar tools). – advantage
