Job Description
Marketing Executive : An established and growing travel company based in the Leeds area are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growth and development of an award winning travel company and will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across mainly digital platforms .This role will be working Mon-Fri on a hybrid basis 4 days in the office and 1 day at home and offers a salary up to 33k dependent on experience .
Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and traditional).
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Manage social media platforms and help create engaging content to grow online presence.
Support in organizing promotional events and product exhibitions.
Assist with the design and content teams to produce marketing materials (brochures, emails, ads, etc.).
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain and update the company’s mailing databases.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.
Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Marketing Executive Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (internship or entry-level roles included).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.).
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
