Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with an established corporate legacy planning business, that have been in the employee benefit market since 2007 and offer services to over 160 corporations in a number of different business sectors. Due to expansion, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a creative Marketing Executive to join their team and support the Marketing Manager across a wide range of activities including digital marketing, content creation and client engagement initiatives.
In this varied and progressive role, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of the marketing calendar, which includes content creation and digital marketing, as well as outreach and business development support through B2B marketing initiatives and lead-generation ideas. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Write and edit content for the company website, blog, LinkedIn, and client email campaigns.
* Assist in updating and maintaining the company websites.
* Develop client-facing marketing collateral such as flyers, posters, and brochures.
* Track and report on website and campaign performance metrics.
* Prepare and manage marketing collateral for roadshows and events.
* Assist with the preparation and management of prospect lists using tools such as Evaboot.
* Contribute to digital outreach campaigns to generate new business leads and contacts.
* Help coordinate webinars, including scheduling and content support.
* Support the preparation of pitch decks, webinar presentations, and bespoke partner content.
* Liaise with clients as required, ensuring professional and timely communication.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience of working in a marketing role, along with excellent customer service skills and a good knowledge of digital marketing channels. They will have a natural flair for content creation and familiarity with tools such as Canva. In addition, they will hold working proficiency of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. High levels of attention to detail and accuracy are required. Knowledge of SEO principles and CMS systems would be a strong advantage, although not essential.
