Job Title: Marketing Manager
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 (depending on background & experience) + Bonus (around 20%)
Location: Brighton, hybrid working after probation

My client after a period of growth are looking to bring on another Marketing Manager, to their already established Marketing Team. They are a corporate & networking agency focused on sustainability and they help to provide the world-leading platforms for knowledge-sharing, debate & networking for business leaders, featuring the leading experts and gamechangers from across the global ecosystem.
In this role you will have the opportunity to get stuck into everything marketing, including developing social media strategy & campaigns, create content, manage websites, help organise events & contribute to the overall marketing plan!
This is a diverse and exciting role, in which you are responsible for planning, managing and executing delivery of marketing activities, supported by a marketing assistant and central resources where required.
The ideal candidate will come with the following experience
Experience in working in a similar position
Experience within events marketing is ideal!
Experience working on B2B Marketing Campaigns
Experience with strategic ownership, planning and successful delivery
These guys have an office based in Brighton. They love to have people in the office to keep the collaborative and positive environment they have build but can offer a day or two work from home after onboarding, if preferred.
They are open to look at CVs with a range of experience and can offer a salary between £33,000 – £36,000 depending on the range of experience. This role also comes with a bonus & while not guaranteed, it has been received the last few years and you can except it to add an additional 20% on your salary.
