Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy spanning digital, social media and live events
Enhance the consistency and quality of all brand communications and visuals
Create engaging content for campaigns, social posts and customer stories
Organise and deliver trade shows, demonstrations and promotional events
Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure marketing supports business growth targets
Drive successful product launches and regional expansion projects
Monitor performance data to refine campaigns and boost engagement and lead generation
Marketing Manager required skills, knowledge and experience:
Proven marketing experience (preferably B2B within the industrial sector)
Strong creative skills - confident producing digital, photo/video and social content
A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to set marketing direction
Strategic thinking combined with commercial understanding
Enjoys a hands-on, collaborative, office-based environment
Open to learning the technical aspects of the industry if new to the sector
