Digital and Marketing Manager Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital and Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and brand presence across a growing business. This role is ideal for a dynamic, strategic, and creative individual who is passionate about developing engaging marketing campaigns and elevating brand perception across digital and offline channels. You will drive the full marketing function, oversee digital performance, and manage a small team-all while shaping and protecting the brand identity. This position plays a critical role in expanding audience reach, enhancing customer experience, and supporting commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational vision and commercial objectives. Own the digital marketing strategy, ensuring all activity supports wider business goals. Identify and evaluate new and emerging markets to support continued brand growth. Integrate marketing initiatives across departments and locations to maximise effectiveness. Digital & Performance Marketing Lead and optimise digital channels including website, SEO, paid media, CRM, email automation, social media, and digital advertising. Ensure digital content is fully optimised for visibility, engagement, and overall performance. Build data and analytics capability, set KPIs, monitor performance, and deliver data-led insights and recommendations. Brand Management Act as guardian of the brand and visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints. Oversee creative development and liaise with external agencies to ensure high-quality brand output. Continually review products and services to ensure they are well-positioned and fit for market. Campaigns, Reporting & Innovation Oversee day-to-day execution of all campaigns, ultimately owning KPIs and performance results. Produce accurate reports, tracking, and analysis against marketing KPIs. Facilitate continuous improvement across both digital and physical brand presence. Manage the marketing budget to maximise return on investment. Develop advanced customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeting and engagement. Team Leadership Manage and mentor direct reports, supporting their professional development. Collaborate closely with the senior management team to maximise commercial opportunities. Essential Skills & Experience Master's Degree in International Marketing or a relevant marketing qualification. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar marketing management role. Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Solid understanding of brand development and digital marketing principles. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills. A collaborative team player with strong communication abilities. Desirable Skills Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Video content creation experience. Creative storytelling and brand development capability.
