The key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager will include:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and develop a team of marketing and creative professionals.
Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials and digital content.

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

* 3+ years experience in Marketing
* Experience in a B2B sector, or product led industry. 
* Team Leadership experience is required.
* Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign management.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
* Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A degree or relevant qualification in Marketing or a related field is desirable.
