Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns for events, lead generation, and brand awareness.
* Lead the creation and management of all visual assets—including digital graphics, video content, and print materials.
* Manage our digital channels, including social media, email communications, and website content.
* Work alongside our external marketing agency to deliver high-impact, large-scale campaigns.
* Oversee IT access and system permissions with the support of outsourced providers.
* Ensure consistent branding and clear storytelling across all platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics and ROI to senior leadership.
What You Bring:
* Solid experience in a marketing leadership role with a strong portfolio in digital and design work.
* Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design or campaign platforms.
* Skilled in end-to-end campaign management, from strategy through execution.
* Comfortable managing IT-related tasks, including coordinating with third-party support.
* Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
* Bonus: Experience within the renewable energy, solar, or EV battery space.
