Derbyshire (DE55)
On-site role (Mon-Fri)
Up to £60K DOE + Health care + Pension

Reporting to the MD - we are looking for a capable marketing manager who has the ability to inspire creativity in all areas of client engagement. This role will see you leading initiatives in all areas of marketing activities such as customer events, POS design (onsite and in-house), mail-outs and offers as well as supporting exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both physical and online marketing activities – having proven experience in delivering both. Delivering results through social media presence (TikTok/LinkedIn /Instagram etc) and videos is essential. Knowledge of technical tools to best deliver high-quality online and offline marketing is essential – as is the ability to come forward with ideas and fresh perspectives on delivering a high-quality marketing service.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of marketing activities and ideally has some leadership experience or can demonstrate the ability to lead. You will be creative, with the ability to influence your design team and manage upwards through your experience, knowledge, and creativity. The ability to grow your role and responsibility within this meritocratic environment will be a product of your success.
