Must Have’s
• 4+ years in a marketing role with hands-on creative and strategic responsibility
• Outstanding written communication and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver campaigns across web, print, social, and events
• Experience with Adobe InDesign (or similar design tools)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to lead projects end-to-end
• Experience in managing events and overseeing brand content
• Confident managing a small team and collaborating cross-functionally
Nice to Have’s
• Experience using WordPress CMS and working with web design agencies
• Understanding of SEO/SEM and digital performance reporting
• Familiarity with photo and video production, including briefing and direction
• Experience working in B2B, public sector, or healthcare-focused industries
So what will you be doing?
• Leading all marketing activity
• Building and executing bold, creative campaigns to promote our brand, values, and projects
• Owning our digital channels, website, social media, and content planning
• Producing impactful marketing materials and managing external PR, video, and photography partners
• Supporting NHS and private sector projects with campaign content, stakeholder engagement, and event support
• Managing and developing a small in-house creative team and freelance partners
• Reporting on campaign success, marketing performance, and SEO metrics to senior leadership
• Supporting wider business initiatives including internal communications, recruitment marketing, and brand consistency across the group

• Office-based role near Cheltenham with occasional travel to events and client sites
