Description
Develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies both long-term and short-term that align with business goals and accelerate growth.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, covering both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) channels, ensuring timely and effective delivery across all platforms.
Champion and maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, safeguarding tone of voice, visual identity, and customer experience.
Create, manage, and deliver marketing collateral, including POS materials, menus, digital assets, and promotional tools to support product and store launches.
Analyse performance metrics across campaigns, drawing insights and translating them into data-driven strategies that inform future activity.
Manage marketing budgets and third-party relationships, including agencies and suppliers, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable ROI.Profile
Proven experience in a similar marketing role within the QSR sector (MANDATORY)
A strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, you're just as comfortable writing a brief as you are rolling up your sleeves to bring a campaign to life.
A commercially minded, results-driven approach you understand the connection between brand, campaign performance, and bottom-line impact.
Solid analytical skills, confident using data and insights to guide decision-making and optimise marketing activity.
Outstanding organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Job Offer
