Trade Marketing and Communications Manager
Location: Pwllheli, North Wales
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
An established and highly respected manufacturer and global distributor of premium hand tools and security products is seeking a talented Trade Marketing and Communications Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. With a heritage dating back over a century, the business is renowned for quality, innovation, and a strong presence in both UK and international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the brand’s visibility, supporting sales growth, and delivering high-impact trade marketing and communication strategies. Based at the company’s head office in Pwllheli, the successful candidate will lead a wide range of marketing initiatives, blending creativity with commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver compelling trade promotional campaigns that align with both sales team activity and customer buying behaviours.
* Lead the strategy, creation, and execution of social media content to deliver consistent and impactful messaging across platforms.
* Manage and evolve the corporate website to increase engagement, ensure accuracy, and drive traffic.
* Plan and execute regular email marketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
* Oversee and maintain multiple customer-facing websites to support communication and lead generation.
* Design and produce marketing materials across various channels, including print, digital, and in-store collateral.
* Manage the sales presentation portal, ensuring timely access to updated promotions, product information, and marketing tools.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in trade marketing, communications, or a similar marketing role.
* Strong copywriting and campaign planning skills.
* Experience managing websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
* A commercially focused mindset with the ability to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
* A proactive and creative approach to problem solving and project delivery.
