Marketing Manager Sidcup, Kent (Office-Based)
🕒 Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | 8:00am - 4:30pm
💷 £36,000 - £42,000 + Benefits
We're creating a new, pivotal role for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing function and shape it for the future. If you're hands-on, results-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to build something impactful from the ground up.
As Marketing Manager, you'll report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director and be responsible for leading the full spectrum of marketing activities-from strategy to execution.
✅ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our business goals
✅ Manage brand positioning across digital and traditional platforms
✅ Create engaging content, eye-catching visuals, and compelling campaigns
✅ Oversee social media channels and drive digital performance (Google Analytics, SEO, etc.)
✅ Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
✅ Plan and execute promotional events and trade shows
✅ Monitor and manage budgets, campaign ROI, and reporting
✅ Champion our brand voice and elevate our visual identity across all touchpoints
🎯 About You:
We're looking for someone who's not only creative but also commercially minded and results-oriented.
🔹 Minimum 5 years' marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
🔹 A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's a plus)
🔹 Confident using digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Salesforce)
🔹 Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns
🔹 Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
🔹 B2B experience a bonus
