Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.
The role requires a dynamic person with relevant experience in commercial communication processes and marketing content, across all mediums, along with an eagerness to learn about only our products, customers and business.
Duties
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals.
* Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
* Implement and optimise campaigns to increase visibility and lead generation.
* Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that support B2B initiatives.
* Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
* Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Maintain an organised office environment, supporting the marketing team in day-to-day operations.
* Produce professional sales and marketing material to support the business needs.
* Provide general support with the sales process.
* Professionally utilise social media opportunities to engage with customers.
* Develop marketing information for relevant trade publications.
* Support in the development of the business website content.
* Provide general support for trade exhibitions and company events.
The ideal candidate will be professional and self-motivated with good IT skills and the ability to solve problems alongside a desire to develop and learn. Good communication skills are vital for this role, both in dealing with external and internal customers. The ideal candidate must be confident & flexible enough to work alone and as part of a team. Good organisational skills, time management and administration skills are vital.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
* Strong knowledge of social media management platforms and strategies.
* Proficiency in Marketing platforms and analytics tools.
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
* Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated project management capabilities, ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives.
* Familiarity with market analysis techniques to inform strategic decisions.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
