Here’s what you need to know:
Your Responsibilities:
Support Marketing Operations Manager with daily tasks, working with event vendors and ensuring smooth running of processes.
Process and tracking of team contracts through internal portal system.
Process and tracking of all accounts payable functions, such as PO’s and GRN’s
Maintain all documents related to the tracking of legal and finance processes
Source and order items and suppliers as required to support Team Project managers across all of EMEA.
About You:
2 years experience in an administrative focussed role, ideally within FMCG, in Marketing or Operations.
Comfortable with high-volume processing.
Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Strong communicator with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
