Job Description

PR & Marketing Manager | 12-Month FTC
 Oxford | Hybrid (1 day per week onsite)  
I'm working with a well-established, purpose-led business that's looking for a PR & Marketing Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. 
This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to shape marketing and PR activity across the business. You'll lead PR campaigns, manage agency relationships, create marketing assets across digital and print, support events and internal communications, and make sure the brand is represented consistently across every touchpoint. 
This would suit someone who enjoys getting stuck in just as much as planning the strategy. You'll be using Adobe Creative Suite regularly, so strong design skills are essential. 
The role:

Lead PR activity and manage the external PR agency.
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Design brochures, leaflets, presentations, social assets and other marketing collateral.
Support internal communications and brand management.
Promote events and build relationships with external partners.
Identify PR, partnership and marketing opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and keep an eye on competitor activity.
What they're looking for:

Experience in a PR, Marketing or Communications role.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Confident using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials.
Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
A good eye for detail and brand consistency.
The package:

Hybrid working (1 day per week in Oxford).
12-month fixed-term contract.
37.5 hours per week (4 days considered for the right person).
27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
