Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing group, comprising a UK-based business in Corby and their sister company in Austria. Supplying innovative products across the UK and Europe, they are seeking a talented Marketing Professional to strengthen brand presence, engage audiences, and drive commercial success across both markets.
This role offers a unique international dimension, with regular travel to Austria (approximately every six weeks) to collaborate closely with the Austrian marketing and commercial teams.

Marketing Professional – Key Essentials
As a Marketing Professional, you will report directly to senior management and take full ownership of the marketing function for both the UK and Austrian businesses. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, visual storytelling, and shaping brand identity within a manufacturing environment.
* Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms, tailored for both UK and European audiences
* Plan, produce, and edit high-quality video content for use on websites and social media
* Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple channels in both markets
* Keep both company websites up to date with fresh, SEO-optimised content
* Design eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, and presentations
* Organise and support trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events in the UK and Austria
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging across both businesses
Marketing Professional – Requirements
* Proven experience as a Marketing Professional, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector
* Strong video content creation skills and a keen eye for visual design
* Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and website CMS platforms
* Confident in managing social media campaigns and scheduling tools
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Willingness to travel internationally every six weeks (mainly to Austria)
* Austrian/German language skills are advantageous but not essential
