Marketing Project Manager – 12 month Maternity Cover Contract
Trafford, Manchester
£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Project Manager who thrives on delivering multiple projects, enjoys bringing marketing campaigns to life and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
As Marketing Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple developments and business functions.
Working closely with internal teams and external agency partners, you'll ensure marketing activity is delivered on time, within budget and aligned with wider business objectives. From new development launches and digital campaigns to customer events and CRM activity, you'll play a key role in creating engaging customer experiences while maintaining exceptional brand standards.
What You'll Be Doing
  * Managing the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns.
  * Creating and managing project plans, timelines and critical paths to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  * Coordinating a wide range of marketing activity including digital advertising, social media, website content, email campaigns, photography, videography and print.
  * Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to keep projects moving and stakeholders informed.
  * Managing relationships with marketing agencies and suppliers, ensuring high quality work is delivered against agreed briefs.
  * Supporting website content, CRM activity and lead nurturing campaigns through HubSpot.
  * Monitoring campaign performance, lead generation and marketing metrics, using insights to continually improve results.
  * Planning and coordinating launch events, open days and customer engagement initiatives.
  * Managing marketing budgets, purchase orders and supplier spend.
  * Acting as a guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint.
  * Producing regular performance reports and recommendations to support commercial decision making.
What you’ll bring to the table…
  * A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  * At least three years' experience managing marketing projects or campaigns.
  * Experience delivering multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  * A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM platforms.
  * Excellent project planning and organisational skills.
  * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  * Experience managing marketing budgets.
  * Exceptional attention to detail.
  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  * A full UK driving licence.
Added bonuses would be (but not essential!)…
  * Experience within property, housebuilding, construction or placemaking.
  * HubSpot experience.
  * Knowledge of Google Analytics or other marketing reporting platforms.
  * Event management experience.
  * PR or content marketing experience.
  * Basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
  * A Prince2, Agile or other Project Management qualification.
