Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Global organisation based within the St Albans area. This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist with B2B experience to join a fantastic team of 10, working within end to end campaign management, supporting internal parties with marketing activities, digital content, social media, trade shows and more. This position will play a key part in shaping and delivering the companies brand voice within a dynamic and corporate B2B environment.
This opportunity would suit a candidate who has previous experience within B2B Marketing, has the ability to take ownership of their own workload, and is able to manage a varied workload as the successful candidate will be managing multiple campaigns, so good time management skills are a must.
Working hours - Monday - Thursday - 8:30am - 5pm /8:30 - 4pm on a Friday
Office based role with 1 day working from home after probation

Some of the duties will include:
Contribute to the communication strategy, ensuring alignment while tailoring messages to relevant audiences
Driving strategic external communication that enhances company visibility, building audience engagement and positions the company as a leader in the market
Lead the creation of high-quality assets that strengthen brand awareness and image
Refine marketing graphics including graphics, presentations and technical content
Plan and deliver digital campaigns across various channels including web, email, social media and paid media
Managing and growing LinkedIn presence with strategic, audience-focused content
Coordinate and executive events such as trade shows, webinars, workshops and internal events
Produce and edit multimedia content including videos for both internal and external use
Maintain and update website content, landing pages and email templates
Track campaign performance using analytical tools, reporting on insights
Building strong collaborative relationships with external partners, agencies and stakeholders
The suitable candidate:
A minimum of 3 years experience within B2B Marketing
Degree within Marketing/Communications is preferred
Proven experience within Digital Marketing
Experience of using CRM systems for campaign management and lead tracking
Strong interpersonal skills across all levels
Strong organisational skills and time management
Ability to manage a varied workload/work within a fast paced environment
Great team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills
