MASH Social Worker

In this vital role, you will:
Work at the frontline of safeguarding, managing and triaging referrals with a focus on early identification of risk.
Collaborate with partner agencies including police, health, and education to gather and assess information efficiently.
Apply your professional judgement to make informed decisions that protect and support children and families.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to strategy discussions and decision-making processes.
What we're looking for in a MASH Social Worker:
Qualified Social Worker (SWE registered).
Strong assessment and analytical skills in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment.
Experience in safeguarding children and working within statutory frameworks.
Excellent communication, team working, and decision-making abilities.
