 Looking to take a step back from Caseholding?
 
 We’re seeking experienced and motivated MASH Social Workers to join a supportive and well-structured team in South Wales.
 About the Role:

Triage and analyse referrals, applying thresholds to identify and respond swiftly to safeguarding concerns
Undertake timely decision-making on cases, including S47 enquiries, ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively
Work closely with partner agencies – police, health, education and more – to gather and share intelligence for robust safeguarding decisions.
Contribute to early intervention and risk reduction by ensuring that children and families receive the right support at the right time.
Champion the voice of children and families, ensuring practice is centred on their needs and lived experiences.                                                                                                                                                                                  Some Benefits:
