Job Title: Master Vehicle Technician / Master Car Mechanic Location: Leamington Spa Salary: £45,000 Basic + Efficiency Bonus (OTE £54,000) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30 NO WEEKENDS

We are currently seeking a skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join our busy service team in Leicester. Whether you are currently in a main dealer, an independent garage, or a fast-fit centre, if you are looking for better earning potential and manufacturer training, we want to hear from you.

The Role: As a key part of our workshop, you will be responsible for keeping our customers moving. 
·Diagnostics: Using the latest diagnostic tools to identify faults. 
·Maintenance: Performing servicing, cam belts, and general repairs to manufacturer standards. 
·Quality: accurately documenting service work and video health checks (VHCs). 
·Safety: ensuring all vehicles meet safety and VOSA standards. 
  
What We Need From You: 
·Qualification: You MUST hold an NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. 
·EV & Hybrid Qualifications 
·Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanic / Technician within the automotive industry. 
·Tools: You must possess your own comprehensive tool kit. 
·Licence: A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is essential (maximum 6 points). 
·Right to Work: Please note we cannot offer sponsorship; you must have the right to work in the UK. 
  
An MOT Licence is desirable but not essential - if you are a skilled technician, we can help you get your MOT accreditation!
