Are you an experienced Senior Master Technician seeking a rewarding career in a reputable main dealership? Our client, a leading automotive retailer in Worcester, is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Master Technician to join their busy workshop team. Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE) plus overtime and performance bonuses
Monday to Friday working week, 8:30am – 5:00pm
1-in-3 Saturdays paid at an overtime rate

Conduct complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of modern vehicles.
Lead technical projects within the workshop and support junior technicians
Ensure all work is completed to main dealer standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
Advise service advisors and customers on technical issues and repair options
Maximise upsell opportunities on repairs and parts
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and technical work performed
Deliver high-quality workmanship and promote customer satisfactionRequirements as a Senior Master Technician:

Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Current MOT licence
Extensive diagnostic experience with modern vehicle technology
Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Professional, customer-oriented approach
