Master Technician – Chingford – Main Dealership – £37,000
We are working with a Main dealership in the area who are looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department.
Company car scheme - up to two vehicles
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5pm. Alternate Saturdays 8:30 - 12:30pm
OTE £41,280
Highly competitive performance bonus (role dependant)
Up to 7 % Employer Pension Contribution
Annual Leave - 22 days increasing to 26 with continued service, plus bank holidays
Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption LeaveKey Master Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
As Master Technician you will undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards
To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met Minimum Master Technician Requirements:
Diagnostic / Master Technician level (however we are also looking for a Service Technician / MOT Tester)
Have at least 2 years’ experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Master Technician/Mechanic (or similar)
Must have a Driving License
Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
