Master Technician – Prestige Main Dealer
Hatfield
Up to £50,000 DOE + bonus
Full-time | Permanent | Mon–Fri (8am–6pm) + 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 4pm
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Master Technician to join a prestige main dealer workshop in Hatfield. This is a senior role within the workshop, offering the chance to use your expertise to diagnose complex faults and support the wider technician team.
Duties
*
Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults to manufacturer standards
*
Carry out servicing, repairs, and advanced diagnostics
*
Support and mentor other technicians in the workshop
*
Work with Service and Workshop Control teams on technical cases
*
Provide technical expertise directly to customers when required
*
Ensure compliance with all safety and manufacturer procedures
*
Keep technical knowledge and training fully up to date
Requirements
*
Master Technician status (NVQ/IMI Level 3 minimum + manufacturer accreditation)
*
Proven experience in a main dealer environment
*
Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills
*
Ability to mentor and lead other technicians
*
Full UK Driving Licence
