Job Description

Our client, a well-established independent main dealership near Heathrow, is seeking a skilled Master Technician to join their busy workshop. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to work within a reputable and professional environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
Benefits of the Master Technician position include:
  * Up to £69,000 basic salary plus performance-based bonus
  * Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
  * One in three Saturdays, 8:30am – 1:00pm
  * Full qualifications and MOT licence essential
  * Opportunity to work within a respected independent main dealership
  * £2,500 joining fee
Duties of the Master Technician role with our client:
  * Conducting diagnostic work using advanced equipment and methods
  * Performing service checks and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
  * Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  * Maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation
  * Supporting team members and contributing to a professional service environment
  * Carrying out additional duties as directed by management
Requirements for the Master Technician position:
  * Full UK driving licence
  * Minimum Level 3 Automotive Qualification
  * MOT licence advantageous
  * Proven experience in a similar Master Technician role
  * Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  * Excellent attitude, motivated to improve knowledge and skills
  * Ability to work effectively within a team
  * Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and workshop presentation
