Material Controller
3 to 6 month contract in Surrey. Potential to go perm. Urgent hire.
c£45k or contract equivalent
We need a highly organised, proactive, positive individual to keep manufacturing moving. You will own priorities and act before problems land, managing the flow of critical materials and tackling challenges head on. This is a pivotal role working within a sustainable company, developing an innovative product.
Your impact
• Convert production plans into clear material plans.
• Keep ERP data clean and current.
• Track and communicate with suppliers and prevent shortages
• Balance inventory and cut expedites.
• Arrange logistics to hit dates at the best cost.
What you need
• Manufacturing materials control experience.
• Strong ERP skills.
• Tight organisation and calm priority management.
• Direct, proactive supplier communication.
