Description
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control processes are followed.
Utilise ERP systems, including Dynamics 365, to input, track, and manage materials.
Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Collaborate with internal teams to support procurement and supply chain operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory and orders.
Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
Operate a forklift (preferred but not essential) to assist with material handling.
Contribute to a flexible and collaborative team environment.
Profile
A successful Material Controller should have:
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365.
Strong skills in Excel and general PC applications.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in inventory management and dispatch processes.
A collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork.
A forklift licence (preferred).Job Offer
